Refund Policy

The quality and authenticity of every artwork offered for sale by Musa Fine Art is guaranteed, and is in excellent condition unless otherwise stated. We will accept for refund or replacement any order, or part thereof, that you are not completely satisfied with providing it is shipped back to us in its original packing material and container in perfect condition. Insurance of the return shipment is the responsibility of the sender. All returns must be within 7 days of receipt.

Coverage for Loss or Damage

All shipments are fully insured. We will replace any order, or part thereof, that is damaged in shipment. Should your order be damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of the time of delivery, by email or by calling +44(0)191 22 11 123, otherwise the order shall be deemed inspected and accepted by you.

We will never sell, share, or give away your information to anyone else without your permission. We will only use your personal information ourselves, for the purpose of doing business with you and to make that experience efficient at this end, painless at yours. Musa Fine Art holds your details in strictest confidence. We will not sell, give away, or otherwise distribute your address to any third party.
